Founded in 2021, the CARES Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees made up of dedicated community leaders who share the mission of Bridge Health. Guided by our mission and vision, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of philanthropy and donor relations, as outlined in the Donor Bill of Rights.

Individual Benefit Fund

The CARES Foundation Individual Benefit Fund provides direct assistance to individuals we serve by helping meet essential needs that may otherwise go unmet. Through this fund, we support critical expenses such as housing stability, transportation, medications, and other barriers to care—empowering individuals to maintain stability and continue their journey toward health, recovery, and independence.
