Bridge Health CSB’s Georgia Apex Program Featured in Statewide Newsletter
Bridge Health CSB is proud to share that our Georgia Apex Program was selected for the Provider Spotlight in the August 2026 Georgia Apex Program Newsletter, published by the Georgia Health Policy Center’s Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health and Wellbeing.
The statewide recognition highlights the continued growth of Bridge Health’s Georgia Apex Program and the meaningful work our team is doing to support students, families, and schools throughout Northwest Georgia.
Expanding Mental Health Support in Our Schools
The Georgia Apex Program helps strengthen access to behavioral health support for students by building strong partnerships between community behavioral health providers and local schools.
In its August newsletter, the Georgia Apex Program recognized Bridge Health for our expanding impact across Catoosa and Walker counties.
In Catoosa County, the Bridge Health Apex team is providing weekly prevention groups in an alternative school, after-school student groups, and crisis support following a school loss. These services allow our team to meet students where they are and provide support within their school communities.
Our program has also experienced significant growth in Walker County, with services now reaching Chickamauga City Schools. Bridge Health has also added a new counselor to help meet increasing student needs across both counties.
Building Stronger School Partnerships
The work of Georgia Apex extends beyond providing services. Strong relationships with schools are an important part of ensuring students and families know where to turn when support is needed.
The August newsletter emphasized the importance of Apex providers connecting with school administrators, counselors, social workers, and other key staff while maintaining a visible presence within their schools. These partnerships can increase awareness of available services, help identify emerging needs, and position Apex teams as trusted resources for students, families, and school personnel.
For Bridge Health, those partnerships are an essential part of our commitment to the communities we serve.
Celebrating Our Bridge Health Apex Team
We are incredibly proud of our Bridge Health Georgia Apex team for earning this statewide recognition. Their compassion, dedication, and continued commitment to meeting the behavioral health needs of young people are making a difference across Northwest Georgia.
We are equally grateful for our school and community partners who work alongside us. Collaboration makes it possible to reach more students, respond to changing needs, and connect young people and their families with support when they need it most.
As we begin the 2026–2027 school year, Bridge Health looks forward to continuing to strengthen these partnerships, expand access to behavioral health resources, and support the emotional and psychological well-being of students throughout the communities we serve.
Congratulations to our Georgia Apex team on this well-deserved recognition, and thank you for representing Bridge Health and our mission so well!
