Transportation Support for Private Clinic North Participants
Bridge Health partners with Private Clinic North to provide transportation services for individuals engaged in treatment. This program helps increase access to care for those with opioid use disorder (OUD) using funds from the Opioid Settlement.

How It Works:

• Referrals are submitted through the Bridge Health referral portal.

• Once a trip is scheduled, participants are contacted with pickup details. Drivers will wait 5 minutes at the scheduled time before marking a trip as a no-show.

• Appointment and transportation information is coordinated between Bridge Health and Private Clinic North to ensure timely service.

All participant information is handled confidentially in accordance with federal and state laws. This service is provided at no cost and supports independent coordination between the two organizations.
