The mission of Lookout Mountain C.A.R.E.S. a foundation of Bridge Health is to bridge the gap for individuals seeking services by educating them and the community about their philanthropy. The foundation works to support Bridge Health programs through the enhancement of service delivery and community partnerships.

The CARES Foundation governed a Board of Trustees made up of community leaders, who share the mission and values of Bridge Health.

Founded in 2020, The CARES Foundation’s mission is the guiding light to our purpose in the community. We adhere to the highest philanthropy and donor relations standards as stated in the Donor Bill of Rights.
